About family
In Baćulov dvor, rural tourism has been developing for generations. Engaged in agriculture and keeping the traditions of region from oblivion, this story was started in 1984 by grandmother Neda and grandfather Roko.
Baćulovi
Baćulov dvor is a rural estate created on family foundations and love for the rural and sustainable way of life. The property is located in Draga, one of the twenty scattered villages of Primošten Burnji, which is only a few kilometres away from the famous tourist destination – Primošten.
The estate proudly bears the name of our family nickname – Baćulovi, and according to the good old Dalmatian custom, all four corners of our house, i.e., the estate, are held by women. There are four generations of women – grandmother Neda, her daughter Jadranka, granddaughter Ivana and great-granddaughter Roza.
Our vision
Our vision is to expand the offer. We plan to renovate our oil mill with a presentation space and open a souvenir shop where, in addition to our products, we would also present the products of small craftsmen and farmers from our area.
Our wish is that we can offer accommodation in stone houses and bunja (a small stone hut) to all travellers.
The story of rural tourism
The story of rural tourism was started by grandmother Neda and grandfather Roko, recognizing the excellent interaction between agriculture and tourism, and developed it over the years with their daughters.
At the family table in the shade of the famous Brunac vine, for 40 years we have been happy to host all seekers of intoxicating aromas and flavours of original Dalmatian dishes, wines and organic food.
On top of eating and drinking well here, you will also find out how we have preserved all the old customs of Primošten. We will show you how people used to live here through workshops and cooking schools, through teambuilding in our centuries-old olive groves accompanied by oil and wine tastings.
We will also tell you all about our architectural heritage, which we have jealously guarded for generations.

As a token of our region, take souvenirs and products that we are proud of for generations: olive oil, wine, fruit liqueurs, jams, teas, dried figs, almonds – all produced on our estate. Welcome and welcome back!
